well construction and production. we majorly provided API series casing and tubing.

Casing
Casing strings are run and cemented inside boreholes to form a permanent well wall barrier.
Core functions: Stabilize loose formations to prevent wellbore collapse; isolate different underground fluid layers (oil,
gas, water) to avoid cross-contamination; contain formation pressure to eliminate blowout risks; provide a stable
running channel for subsequent tubing and downhole tools.
Typical service scenarios: Surface casing for shallow soil/rock protection; intermediate casing for pressure transition in complex stratums; production casing sealing pay zones for long-term extraction; liner casing for deep well cost
optimization.
Tubing
Tubing is the inner pipeline hung inside production casing, serving as the dedicated flow conduit.
Core functions: Transport extracted oil, gas and produced water from reservoir to surface; deliver injection fluids
(water, gas, chemical agents) for enhanced recovery; protect casing from corrosion, abrasion and high-pressure fluid
erosion.
Typical service scenarios: Conventional onshore/offshore oil/gas production wells; high-pressure, high-temperature
(HPHT) deep wells; corrosive wells with H₂S/CO₂; low-permeability fracturing injection wells.
We can supply API 5CT standard coupling stock for both tubing and casing manufacturing.
We are able to provide coupling stock for casing and tubing (Normally we rename them as "OCTG"). Coupling stock is
thick-wall seamless tubular blank strictly complying with API 5CT metallurgy, mechanical properties and NDE
requirements, machined into finished couplings to connect tubing and casing joints downhole.
Available steel grades cover J55, K55, N80Q, L80, T95, C110, P110, Q125 and sour service anti-H₂S grades, matching
corresponding tubing/casing pipe body grades. (9CR, L80-13CR, 22CR are also available.)
We can provide various end finishing and upsetting treatments as specified in API 5CT standards, fully complying with
all standard technical requirements.
