Certified with ISO9001, API 5L, API 5CT, complying with ASTM, EN and global standards. Our independent QC team has full authority to stop non-conforming products.

IQC: Spectral analysis for steel billets, verify mill certificates & heat numbers, reject unqualified raw materials with batch sampling.
IPQC: First article & patrol inspection during piercing, hot rolling and heat treatment. Real-time control of OD, wall thickness and heating temperature to guarantee tight tolerance.
FQC: NDT non-destructive testing, hydrostatic pressure test, tensile, hardness and anti-corrosion salt spray test in accordance with AQL sampling rules.
OQC: Final order verification, complete official test reports provided before shipment.

Fully equipped with spectrometer, UT/MT flaw detector, hydrostatic test machine and tensile tester. All equipment is regularly calibrated, supporting third-party inspection for international projects.

Each seamless pipe is marked with exclusive heat number for full traceability from billet to shipment. Quick response to overseas after-sales issues, ongoing process upgrading to keep stable high quality for oil & gas, construction and machinery projects worldwide.
Also strong partnership with Internation TPI ( third-party-inspection) facility like SGS,TUV, DNV and others.
