Product Types

API 5L covers two main categories: seamless line pipes and welded line pipes. Multiple end configurations including plain ends, beveled ends and threaded ends are available, and customized end machining can be provided as required. （ERW line pipe is notour scope of supply and we mainly provided Seamless pipes for line pipe)

Quality Levels

Two product specification levels are defined: PSL 1 for general service and conventional working conditions; PSL 2 features stricter control over chemical composition, strength and low-temperature impact toughness with additional mandatory inspections, designed for demanding applications such as low-temperature environments, sour service and subsea projects.

Common Steel Grades

Main steel grades include GR.B, X42, X46, X52, X60, X65, X70 and X80. The figures indicate the specified minimum yield strength. Grades with higher strength are applied to low-pressure branch lines,
