The well was repaired on July 22, 2019, and completed on July 25, 2019, with 152 tubing joints and one Φ44 mm sand control pump installed at a pump depth of 1560.19 m. One Φ44 mm piston and 171 sucker rods were run downhole.Before lining replacement, the well suffered severe eccentric wear. In 2018, three workovers were performed on this well caused by eccentric wear issues such as tubing rupture and rod parting, with an average pump inspection cycle of less than 100 days.To address the eccentric wear between sucker rods and tubing in this well, full-well lined tubing was deployed. On January 21, 2021, fluid output of the well declined, and pipe leakage was identified via logging surveys. During the repair of the downhole pipe string, severe wear was detected on the coupling thread between the 118th and 119th tubing joints, rendering the joint unusable.Inspection of the lining pipe revealed no eccentric wear on its inner wall. The well was successfully put back into service after the worn coupling was replaced. Compared with operation before lined tubing application, the pump inspection cycle was extended by 446 days, a 4.46-fold increase.
